Marion Bank and Trust Jemison Project Site As Viewed From U.S. Highway 31 
Construction continues on Marion Bank and Trust Jemison as of November 8, 2017. The new bank branch is being built on U.S. Highway 31 in Jemison, Alabama, and was awarded by invited bid to CRL-Lovelady Construction in February 2017. Barry Davis Architects, P.C. (BDA) completed Contract Documents in December 2016 with Barry Davis, AIA, as Principal-In-Charge, Mike Nelson, AIA, as Project Architect, and Dave Zamora, AIA, as Project Manager. The project will consist of demolition, site work, and the construction of a two-story bank building of approximately 6,400 square feet. The General Contractor's mobilization began in March with demolition and site work currently underway. The expected project duration is approximately eleven months with an anticipated completion date of February 2018.
